Teams are divided into smaller groups. These new teams are made in such a way that team members group with people they are not very familiar with, thus establishing new relationships. Each team will then be tasked with building fully functional rafts. That’s not all, they will also have to complete a race in competition with other teams.
Similar to regular soccer, but modified for the Beach team building event. Played with a lighter or smaller ball and only 1 meter goal posts to keep things interesting.
